Dr. Parul Tandon, DO, PhD, FRCPC

Dr. Parul Tandon is a clinician scientist and gastroenterologist at the University Health Network, assistant professor at the University of Toronto focused on the management of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). He completed his adult gastroenterology training at the University of Toronto followed by a two-year clinical and research fellowship in advanced IBD at Mount Sinai Hospital. His clinical and/or research focus includes the health services utilization and management of IBD in special populations including those in preconception or pregnancy and those from diverse ethnic and racial backgrounds (including immigrants). Furthermore, he is interested in integrating intestinal ultrasound techniques in the daily care of IBD.
